We follow a simple 4 step process so you can enjoy the experience from start to finish and know where your project is at all times. See our process below for more details.
1 . Discussing your requirements
Our first step is to get a good understanding about what your requirements are so we can make your project a success. Before the designing and building phase we always like to start by having a detailed chat either by phone or email followed up by a quote for your project.
2. Designing & Building your site
Once you are happy with the proposed project we will then commence the building and designing of your website. Here we charge 50% of the project fee upfront and the remainder upon completion. During this period you will be invited to log into your website so you can watch your website come alive.
3. Preparing for Launch
When you are completely satisfied with the end result and are ready to launch, we will then handle the technical aspects for you such as the SEO setup and domain transfers etc. if required. Here we will also complete the remaining 50% project cost payment before launch.
4. Supporting Your Website
Once you are successfully launched, we will then hand over the website ownership to you. You will have the option to keep us as a website contributor which means helping you with updates, re-designs & much more whenever you need us. If you wish to part ways completely that is also fine but we would be sad to see you go!
